The infographics series illustrates different aspects of the pandemic situation in SEAR, including a situational analysis of the second wave of the infection; vaccine hesitancy against COVID-19 vaccination; importance of prone position in management of COVID-19 patients; significance of testing; mental health during the pandemic, and more.
The IWG has collaborated with Students Against COVID, a global grassroots movement with students & allies from 90+ countries dedicated to fighting #COVID19 responsibly, to translate the infographics developed by the IWG into major regional languages in the South East Asia Region.
The first set of infographics developed by the IWG and Students Against Covid were aimed towards the COVID-19 crisis in India during the second wave of the pandemic, with the newest content published by the group covering issues around vaccine hesitancy in 10 infographics downloadable in English and 8 other languages.
